He specialises in financial and tax law, as well as financial markets law, with additional expertise in real estate and development projects. A substantial part of his practice focuses on disputes with tax and customs authorities, as well as civil litigation, where strategic use of evidence, procedural approach, and predictability of outcomes are essential.
He offers clients a comprehensive, end-to-end service—from initial analysis and strategic structuring through negotiation and preparation of documentation to representation in proceedings before public authorities and the courts. He places particular emphasis on ensuring that legal solutions are not only formally sound but also effective in practice, taking into account tax and economic implications as well as their impact on management decision-making.
A key strength of his profile is the combination of legal practice with a strong academic background.
